	Dominique de Boisséson 戴伯松 Chancelier du Bailliage National de Chine 中国区总理事 Dominique de Boisseson has been living in Shanghai for 12 years. He is fond of both Asian and European cuisines, with a strong preference for Old World red wines, New Zealand sauvignon blanc, and of course Champagne. To balance good food and stay fit, he enjoys sports and in particular golf and swimming. He is very lucky to be married to Pamela, an excellent cook and a fine palate.
	Enrico Kleinser 恩瑞克. 克莱茨 Echanson du Bailliage National de Chine 中国区酒师 Enrico is originate from Germany, passionating of wine, he has been committed to the wine industry for over 30 years. He is appointed as the“Echanson du Bailliage National de Chine”in“Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Degustateurs and Confrerie”of the Chaine. Over 4 years living and working experience in Shanghai makes him believe that high quality wines coupled with professional guidance and service is the best way forward in meeting the ever increasing needs and awareness of the high-end Chinese consumer.
	Annick de Kermadec-Bentzmann 甘安懿 Argentier du Bailliage de Shanghai 上海分会财务总监 Annick de Kermadec-Bentzmann participated in the founding of the Bailliage of Shanghai of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in January 1999. She has been a board member since then, serving as the “Argentier” of the Bailliage of Shanghai. She works as the General Manager of BNP Paribas Shanghai branch. She was elected President for the French Chamber in China in 2005. As a French Foreign Trade advisor (CCE), she has received the prestigious French title of “Chevalier de l'Ordre National de la Légion d'Honneur” in 2008.

	Nora Sun 孙穗芬 Chargé de Missions du Bailliage de Shanghai 上海分会项目负责人 Ms. Sun was born in Shanghai and is fluent in many dialects. She has been on the Board of the Chaine since it's inception in January, 1999, serving as the "Charge de Mission" of the Bailliage of Shanghai. Ms. Sun is the President of Nora Sun Associates Limited, a firm specializing in business formation, government relations, and management consulting in China. Prior to setting up this top-level consulting firm, Ms Sun was President of BLC Consulting Group Limited for four years.

	Nannan-Hengmin Wang 王蘅敏 Chargé de Presse du Bailliage de Shanghai 上海分会媒体负责人 As the Editor of Shanghai Tatler magazine in charge of dining, Nannan is passionate about fine food and wine whether consumed at a banquet or in a more intimate setting. Through her international travels she has enjoyed a diverse range of wines and cuisine and has come to understand how, where and what to eat and drink.

	Daniel Cheng 陈行青 Chargé de Missions du Bailliage de Shanghai 上海分会项目负责人 Chairman and CEO of CDF International Ltd. CDF operates a chain of Cafe and Bakery shops in China under Croissants de France brand. Mr. Cheng has been dedicating to fine food and quality for more than 20 years. He was relocated from Hong Kong to Shanghai 2005 and has joined the Chaine de Rotisseurs in Shanghai since then. He was promoted to Board member Chargé de Missions du Bailliage de Shanghai in 2009.
